Soya/Milk alternatives
Hiya,
What is the current thinking on milk alternatives?
I do have normal cows milk but I like to mix it up a bit with soya and almond milk.
Is there a better or worse one for pink sway composition/phytoestrogen wise or does it not matter too much as long as I’m within LE limits??
Thanks in advance!! [emoji16][emoji16][emoji16]

I don't trust soy milk for ANY sway because it's got so much mixed evidence about how it may sway and not enough hard evidence to know for sure what is really going on. It's great to give your partner soy milk though. You can have soy foods 2-3 times a week, if vegan possibly up to 4-5 servings a week.
I actually dropped almond milk from BLUE sways because it seemed to be making a lot of pink opposites for them. So I'm fine with pink swayers having almond milk if they like it.

That’s great to know, thanks! [emoji3526]
I’ll ditch the soya ASAP just in case!
