I just purchased the girl sway plan and I am going to start now for 3 months and then TTC in Sep. I am on the pill and was wondering if that would mess up my sway ? Should I use another form of contraception or keep using it until I am ready to try ?
Keep using it till ready to try. The residue from the pill may help your pink sway. You can do diet and exercise (but should avoid herbal supps as they don't work anyway and can interfere with the Pill) and then come off the BCP in the month you plan to start trying, then start OPK strips and aim at one attempt at first positive
Thank you so much for that. In my plan it says to use Vitex & saw palmetto or peppermint tea. So should I avoid all that ?
Yes just skip all that stuff. Coming off the BCP works better anyway!
