If it has added B vitamins it should be listed up above on the nutrient info with the percentages. Are they there, and what is the percentage given? If it says nothing, then the "contains less than 2% of..." is meant as legalese and saying it DOESN'T have that stuff in it in any appreciable amount.
The magnesium is not magnesium but it's a small amount of a type of inert chemical that's a preservative. And the "calcium pantothenate" is not calcium, but is a form of Vitamin B5, and again it's saying it has less than 2% in it anyway. If it had any large amount we should be avoiding it would be listed on the label up above and it would say "Vitamin B6 20%" or something along those lines. I think it's just a weird, legalese way of saying there is some negligible amount of those nutrients in there, but it's not fortified, and isn 't enough to sway.
