Folate

Does anyone have a recommendation for a brand of Q10 and folate they use? Am about to run out of both of them. Use Qunol brand red bottle for q10 and now brand 1000mcg folate. I don’t know if I should take one or two folate a day either. There’s another brand on amazon that has a good rating for folate- the brand name starts with a J , but don’t remember the name. Thanks a bunch :)

I don't recommend brands as there are too many and they change the formulas constantly so I can't keep up with all of them to make sure they're ok.

Given your age I'd rather see you take 2000 mcg folate than 1000.

The Qunol is fine
