I just have two questions.
1. What is the difference between FR & Abstain then 1 attempt at positive OPK ? As in what is the benefit's for either and what sways better for girl ?
2. I have a digital OPK and it tells me my 4 most fertile days. It will tell me my high chance fertile days and then my peak day. Which one would I count as my first positive OPK the peak or the first high chance one I get ?

Frequent release means 7-10 days of having hubby ejaculate before having one attempt.
Abstain means 7-10 days of having hubby NOT ejaculate before having one attempt.
Mostly, men who are under 35 do abstain, over 35 do FR, but there are some younger men that do FR if they don't like the sound of abstain (and few do LOL)
Neither abstain nor FR has really seemed to add anything, and they both cut odds of conception quite a lot. I generally have people focus on one attempt, which DOES work, with less emphasis on abstain or FR. It's fine to start off trying them if you want to but you should drop them before adding attempts.
Positive OPK correlates to the first PEAK, not the high.

Sorry I have just 2 more questions lol. I've gone through the threads but I can see over time certain sway tatics aren't the best anymore.
I've just come off the pill TTC this month if I ovulate and can get pregnant. I understand I may not and thats ok !
1. DH is now only on cranberry but I was thinking of adding OLE ? Do you think it helps ? I'm only on folic acid and both of us are on metamucil.
2. Jellies/antihistamines: yay or nay ? Do they help and if so which one is best.

:agree: great if you can get pregnant coming off pill, but if not you can still have a great sway!
DH needs to be on cranberry OR OLE. Not both. Pick one or the other.
Neither Jelly nor antihistamine has worked in our results and both of them really cut odds of conception hugely. It's up to you if you want to try them but drop them before dropping the things that DO work and don't go on more than a couple months with them.
