I have just had my fourth boy and am thinking about swaying girl in the next months ahead
I have just turned 40 so this is definitely going to be my last try at pink .
I am breastfeeding and want to continue this .
I am just wondering how can I get my period and ovulation to return and what should I do to sway pink

What I would do is focus on eating upper levels of LE Diet like 1800-2000 cals, 50-60 g protein and fat (even up to 65 g to start with) and then do exercise if at all possible. we don't want you to cut back too far on diet because that can make it take longer for your cycle to resume.
How long has it taken your period to come back in the past?
I have used vitex in the past and clomid but I had stopped feeding

Ok. As a general rule how long has it taken in the past for your cycle to come back when nursing (WITHOUT taking vitex or Clomid)
About 5 months
Then please wait and see what happens. you aren't going to be able to get Clomid anyway and vitex will likely just make it take longer for your cycle to resume.
I would not be dieting very strictly or exercising a lot just yet. Eat no less than 1800-2000 cals a day and be sure you're eating enough fat - 60 g a day plus 50-60 g protein minimum. I would have you eat a serving of full fat dairy every day.
