As time continues to fly and swaying seems closer and closer I was debating adding Coffee and/or alcohol into my diet. I've never been a big drinker of either but I know both have good success so I was just hoping for more information on how important they are and how much to drink for someone who really doesn't have much of either? Also is one more important than the other?

I can't say how important they are (since we have never tested them on their own - everyone on here is swaying and doing lots of things so we can't tease out one thing in isolation to quantify it) but I do think both sway pink and got my girl having both coffee and alcohol after getting my 4 boys having neither.
The good news is if you've never had them, you can have just a small amount and see benefits. So just one cup of coffee a day and one drink a day (maybe even just a couple times a week) will help your sway.
