DH and supplements

Hi there - I had bought 'proceive' multivitamins (I know not great for girl sway but just want to get my nutrient levels up for a bit before TTC as i had mentioned in a previous post). They also have multivitamins for your partner to take - should DH be taking multivitamins for general sperm health (he is 41) or is this unecessary / would badly affect sway?

I don't want either of you to take vitamins for a pink sway unless you have reason to believe he has very bad sperm quality.
