oh no I'm sorry I only just now saw this
Hot baths are fine, I doubt they really do much of anything though.
That's ok no problem at all I know how super busy you are! we went ahead with attempt and didn't do hot bath, jumped and dumped after 5 minutes, �� although I'm not holding my breath for the first month.
