Comments regarding DW's diet changes- No sway diet, but my diet was bad. 2 meals a day (i never eat breakfast) and usually things like a sandwich for dinner then instant noodles or mac&cheese for tea. I was drinking 1-2 diet drinks per day. None of this was done intentionally to sway im just a lazy eater who isnt really into food and i fell back into the habit of not wanting to eat the proper meals i cook for my family and instead would just grab something easy after they were done.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? I was eating like this the whole time so around 9 months.

DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway
Any Diet Details? diet drinks and crappy "just add boiling water" foods pretty much sum it up, no coffee or alcohol.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? I was at my heaviest adult weight 58kg BMI 22. I didnt gain weight leading up to bfp. My weight had been stable since a few weeks after my youngest was born 11 months ago, i never lost the baby weight.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? heaviest ive ever been, no exercise. We were on total lockdown for 3 months leading up to my bfp.

Any additional comments? it was taking a while to get bfp again so i started back with opk's, we dtd when we wanted too which worked out at about about 1x per week, one of those was the day of first positive opk.
