I have been eating a lot of bread instead of the cereals and yoghurt I ate when I conceived my DS.
I used to fear carbs in bread and crackers so It is a world of difference as to when I conceived my DS. However, Im questioning if I haven’t been eating too much sugary things on my bread...
In the Netherlands we have chocolate sprinkles to eat on your bread and i eat those, jam, cream cheese with chives or sandwichspread.
When I conceived my DS i ate a lot of chicken/ ham on my bread, cheese and peanut butter... so I dont eat them anymore, except sometimes peanut butter when Im too low in fat and protein.
My question is:
Is it too much sugar?
I only barely reach 50g protein and fat like you told me I should Atomic to not lose anymore weight (BMI 19)
And do you or anyone have any ideas as to what to eat on my bread?
Ideas are welkom :)
