Exercise question
Hello! I know I've seen recommendations to do cardio for an hour for girl sways, and while I do integrate cardio into every work out, there is still definitely some weight lifting involved.
I worry about this because I conceived both of my boys while doing fairly high intensity workouts but my body is quite different now. When I conceived DS1 I weighed about 130 and was moderately muscular. When I conceived DS2 I weighed 125 and was very thin (I thought this would have been my best chance to conceive a girl) and now currently TTC and I weigh 150 and I'm mildly toned - even though I work out 5 days a week. I just have not been able to lose more than 2-3 lbs so I'm concerned I'm just gaining muscle and back in boy territory.
I've tried intermittent fasting to lose weight and again it's only a pound or 2 and no long term weight loss. Any other exercise recommendations that people have seen success with?

As long as you've lost at least SOME weight (even if just a couple lbs) on a lower protein diet you still have a chance of a girl even with the weight training. I would not do BOTH weight training and then also be gaining weight on a high protein diet, though.
Can you tell me more about your diet? I wonder if we could possibly make some changes to that.
