Hi there - Im not a runner but love walking for miles - does this count as cardio?
Fast walking? I also do light weights and love swimming (when pools open up again).

yes walking is actually my preference as people often get injured when they try to jog.
Weights, we usually ahve you skip unless you absolutely need them to get your heart rate up
Swimming is a good option too!
