		How is my sway looking? 
		Hi Ladies, I’m a few weeks away from our first attempt.Were going to try this month but both my husband and I have the flu.
 
 Excercise 4 -5 times week and hour long.Either walking for an hour, or hot yoga and cardio.
 Fasting until 10am
 I’m a health fanatic, so trying to go LED as much as I can.Im mainly having rice and veggies, pasta and veggies as lunch and dinner , , shredded wheat with almond milk for bfast or  egg whites on toast, normally a pear, hommus and carrot for a snack, yoghurt and berries for desset and Diet Coke and one coffee in the day.
 
 I was going to use clomid this cycle, aspirin, folate and was put on metformin.

		Do you have totals for the day of fat, protein, and calories?
 
 Why are you on aspirin?  Metformin?

		I’m sitting about 60 grams fat, 50 grams protein and around 1400 calories most days, but days I’m training it goes up slightly and just have a 1/2 banana with almond milk in a smoothie with 1 tablespoon of yoghurt extra.
 
 I was put on metformin for slight insulin issues and cysts on ovaries.It seems to be helping with my cycle as now I ovulate day 16 rather than day 22.With the aspirin the gyno recommended due to miscarriages and the clomid I was given for infertility.

		:agree: Ok!  As long as you're not counting the protein and fat in fruit and veg in those totals, and NOTHING not even calories in the low carb veg you're eating, carry on.

		Thanks Atomic!!! I just started my cycle today, which days do you prefer taking clomid? My cycle has arrived a few days early, so I thought I had a little more tome.
