Vegetarian - products based on soy
Hi!
3 weeks ago I started the LE diet (with al the info I have) I bought I plan but didn't received it yet, so I started with tracking my fat, protein and calories (fitness pal).
I also eat vegetarian since 3 weeks, and I'm doing fine. I eat a lot of products that replaces meat. Like for dinner the vegetarian shoarma/gyros or vegetarian burgers, I also eat vegetarian chicken/meat on my sandwich. And I love it! So I'm fan :-)
Al of these products are soy based. Like 80% soy protein (list of ingredients). And I think I eat them almost daily (or evening or lunch, it depends).
But... I'm swaying for a girl. Does these productes (soy based) are bad for the sway? Like do they sway blue?
