Advice Needed Please

Hopefully someone is able to make sense of my current situation.

This is my second attempt since having my implant removed in June. My cycles the past 4 months have been pretty regular. Between 30-34 days. This month I had a positive OPK 9th Sept. we bedded the 7th and 10th. (E4d option). I’m now 3w + 3 past ovulation and still not had my period? Iv had what I thought was implantation bleeding and also the cramps like my period is about to start around 10 days ago. I’m at my wits end as I am having negative tests and my period is not anywhere in sight.
I just wish they would appear so we can try again.

I think my question is, is this possible for me to have an abnormal cycle even when I tracked ovulation?

It sounds to me like you didn't ovulate when you thought. have you ben having unprotected sex?? did you keep going with e4d? If not, still continue with that.

The only way to really know what is happening is to go to the doctor for bloodwork and an ultrasound. After they do that, they can give you a medication to bring about your period, but we need to be sure you're at a point in the cycle where that is feasible.

Yes it is absolutely possible to have a goofball cycle when tracking your ovulation!
