Comments regarding DW's diet changes:
I cut calories to 1200-1500 range, 40 g fat, 40 g protein. I stopped eating eggs and only had one or two small portions (2 oz) of meat per week. I ate cheese or Yoplait Oui yogurt instead. I ate a lot of veggies and salads and some empty carby things like soft pretzels or soft tortillas.

Any Diet Details?
I skipped breakfast, instead having 12 oz of black coffee. I did intermittent fasting with a 16 hr fast on average. I ate two meals a day and occasionally a small dessert of snack.

I weighed 165 lb when I started my sway. I weighed 130 when I got my BFP.

How many BD attempts did you make for the BFP cycle?
Two.
BD Dates according to Ovulation
Was trying to BD every 3 days and then at positive OPK. I ended up O’ing two days early so attempts ended up on 0-2 and O-1. My CM was already drying up and my cervix closing when we BD’d evening if O-1, so not sure if it still counted as fertile by signs.

Things that make me feel great about my sway:
I was on the diet for 6 months and lost 35 lb. After the first several weeks it was easy to follow the diet without having to think about it or obsess over things.
