One meal a day and IF, i ate everything i wanted in my window. Most days was fasting 20-23 hours and tried to stay under 1900kcal. Was always starving in the night watching food porn��

Things that make me nervous about my sway:
Conceived fast after two months without protection, the fact that I didn’t kept limits of the LE diet, IF boosts fertility..
Things worth mentioning:
I was just trying to loose my pregnancy weight with IF. I’m have a feeling that this is a boy again...we really weren’t trying to conceive yet, this was a surprise pregnancy. But thought I could help somebody with the info. Dying for a princess but after al hoping for just a healthy baby
