Ok, top pic, you can clearly see the leg, right?? There's a sticky uppy thing where the leg meets the torso, and then a little something underneath? That looks like it may be penis and testicles to me.

No, the tech has the ability to zoom on to show the halfshot of the baby. So the outer leg isn't visible in this.
