How do u upload photo. I used the icon with the tree and it keeps saying upload failed

I had the same problem, once your choose the photo you have juste to change its size before uploading (I chose small) and it worked!

Sometimes you can resize it and get it to work, but of course you guys can always email me at atomicsagebrush@gmail.com with pics if they won't upload here. (which you did, Emz!)
