They're both ok - olive oil is deffo better than canola oil, for instance.
But coconut oil is better because even tho it's plant based, it's still saturated. Something about saturated fat is better for blue.
Overall you are trying to get more of your fats from saturated fats - these are mostly animal fats but for vegetarians you can have coconut oil too as a saturated fat!
And if you're getting a good bit of saturated fat be it in animal form or from coconut oil, you can have some olive oil too if you'd like. But just try to keep it less than the saturated fats.
