SO Much information - please HELP?

Hey everyone,

I currently have a son who I love beyond measure after a failed girl sway.

I’m back TTC soon and trying to sway pink again.

I’m 34, overweight (as is my 39yr old husband) and we are both dieting (I am taking mounjaro and going to the gym 3 times a week) in an attempt to loose as much weight as I can before conception. I’ve also been eating a ketogenic (low carb) diet.

Could you please tell me what the main things I need to do are in order to increase my pink chances?
