Boy sway #2

Hey Atomic and all girls �� long time no see!
Not too sure you remember me! I had a successful blue sway back in 2022, after 2 lovely girls ☺️
Long story short, I did not want anymore babies after my little lad but ended up having to get off birth control (id a implant that made me bleed for 1 year straight) and ended up pregnant again and no surprise, with another baby girl ��
She’s now 6 months and the most lovely and content little baby and I love her to bits but can’t get it off my mind the desire of giving my son a brother as he’s now surrounded by 3 sisters ��
I do believe my diet was a lot more boy friendly with Alice compared to when I conceived my 2 oldest daughters but re reading the posts in the forum here again made me realise timing was a big problem �� it was a one off kinda thing as I wasn’t looking to get pregnant! Pure accident ��
It will also sound silly but I’m a bit on the fence about trying to conceive #5 because of other people’s judgment �� they already look at me weird when I walk around with my 4 never mind if I have another! I know it sounds silly and I shouldn’t care about other people never mind strangers but there just how I feel ☹️
Anyway whether we decide to go ahead or not ( my husband is one of 9 and when asked he says he wants 10 kids - which I don’t ��- but just to clear he’s happy to have another one) I just want to be the most well prepared as I can. It works better for me if I follow the HI diet for at least a couple of months (that’s what I done when I had my little boy)
I’ve been taking centrum already and upped up my protein intake
Ive read here about frequency which deffo needs improvement ������
I was also reading this morning about age gap that you atomic think it’s better to space a bit for optimal change? I conceive my son when my middle daughter was 10/11 months! Should I wait more than that for higher chance of success?
I’ve been also drinking soda water with pineapple or orange juice! Snaking on peanut butter and oats �� and trying not to let myself go hungry with normally I would!
I’d love some more input atomic if you can to have the best change I can!
