Sweets! My snack/third meal was almost always tutti fruttis! I would also often finish off a meal with a few Fox's Glacier Fruits, depending how many calories I wanted to add. I also often had desert - Weight Watchers ice-cream sundaes or cakes, Mr Kipling mini battenburg cakes, Jam Tarts and Bakewell Tarts etc. Yum!
In the Dream Members section, at the top of the TTC girl page, there is a thread called "100-300 cal snacks" and another one called "quick fixes for diet disasters" that have tons of suggestions for you!!
