Most ladies swaying pink don't take pre-natals (apart from Folic Acid which is essential!) because more nutrients sways blue.
Oh gosh! I had no idea! thanks for the heads up! stopping those today!
So you are allowed to take folic acid, I thought you were'nt allowed it either, on my sway plan it does'nt mention folic acid.....
Folic acid doesnt sway....always take it to minimise birth defects.Quote:
