Starting swaying again in April.... Thoughts Please!
I swayed pink for year and just had to go on a break and re-think what I was doing. Im going to start swaying again at the end of March when that cycle starts and start ttc again in April at the 6 week mark. Im already taking Vitex and have been for about a month.
Supplements:
Vitex- 1,000 mg
Calcium- 500 - 1,000 mg (depends on brand)
Magnesium- 200 - 400 mg (depends on brand)
1, 600 mg of Cranberry
81 mg Baby Aspirin
400 mcg Folic Acid
1 Allergy tablet a day
160 Soy Isoflavones (if I stop the Vitex)
Drinks:
Bottled water (Dasani, Evian, or Aquafina)
Peppermint tea 2-3 times a day
Crystal light
Diet/ caffeine free soda
Diet cranberry juice
Milk 1-3 gasses a day
***Other
No meals until around noon (only peppermint tea)
If I can get a treadmill by this time I will walk or run on it for 50 min a day
It will be summer so I will be spending a lot of time outside
I take daily walks with the kids and do about an hour on a dance video
I don't eat meat so my meals will most likely consist of the following-
Rice
potatoes (1-2 a week)
pasta
toast and sugar free jelly
cottage cheese
peppers, peas, or green beans for a veggie
apples, strawberries, or pears for a fruit (no skin)
for a snack- salt fee pop corn, rice cakes, or salt free pretzels, and yogurt 1-2 a day.
I will eat lunch, a snack, dinner, and another snack. Most of my calories will be from the milk, yogurt, and dinner (pasta, rice, or potatoes).
For ions-
I will be wearing a neg ion bracelet, spending time outdoors, fans running, nail polish, and lavender.
Timing-
trying for a 1 day cut off
In the vag-
Not sure. I think this prevented me from becoming pregnant before. I tried aci-jel, replens, represh, lime douche, vinegar douche, and sylk lube. None worked. We'll see.
