Is this a virus?

I´m seeing an add where people´s tickers used to be. Is it just me ?

Sometimes if the site someone gets their ticker from goes through maintenance and something else appears from that site- it has happened before and it freaked me out but it is nothing. This site has a security team(seriously) and it is scanned throughout the day for malicious activity- they can't necessarily catch everything but they respond immediately if I need them!
