Dealing with cysts, best way to feel less pain?

Thanks to OHSS (which wasn't properly monitored ~ no surprise there) and progesterone inserts, I've got quite a few cysts on each of my ovaries. The pain is intolerable and has me running to the bathroom constantly to make sure I'm not spotting (paranoid of another m/c).

I find it most difficult to stand or walk for even the shortest periods of time and sitting doesn't help much either. I do try to lay down in bed or on the recliner when I can, and that alleviates it to a degree. I can't wear clothing over the area as well. ER dr last week said to not put heat on the area so as not to hurt the boys. I'm afraid they'll rupture and really complicate things :(

I'm hoping once the progesterone is done they will go away. I don't see my ob for another few days but the sharp pains are driving me nuts!

Has anyone had to deal with them and how did you comfort yourself?
