Cortisone shots, cleaning...sway?

I have inflammation in my foot. Was thinking of getting a cortisone shot. I think I get one every 3 weeks ( for a total of 3). I was wondering if it sways girl or boy.

Is it safe during pregnancy?

Also due for a cleaning. That sways pink right? Think they have to take x rays too. I know that part sways boy.

Babydust - I'm not sure what cortisone sways. I am doing HT and have an FET coming up in a couple of weeks and I have been having horrible lower back issues with the disc at L4/L5. My left leg/foot is numb/tingling most of the time and I have sciatica as well. I need digesic and anti-inflammatories as well as something to sleep. None of which I can take once I put an embryo back in.

Just today I got the go ahead to have a CT guided cortisone shot in my spine. I MUST do it prior to the actual ET as the CT scan gives off radiation and they wont do it if you are pregnant.

Oh gotcha. So I better get my shots in before we start trying then. Thank u for sharing ur story and gl with everything! :)

Thanks. Had shot yday. The sciatic pain in the hip/glute/leg went almost immediately. Still have a little numbness in the toes. But I'm hopeful and able to lay off the pain meds. Takes about 7-10 days to get full effects by which point I hope to be putting my frostie back!
