I O in 3 days.. Is it to late to start Saw palmetto to lower testosteron? I drink lots of peppermint tea but started thinking SP and peppermint tea together is better? Does SP even work in 3 days??

3 days is not enough time to start SP and you should not do both pep tea and SP anyway - they both do the same thing, vai different mechanisms, so if you take them both together it's too much for your body in some ways but then they interfere with each other in other ways.

is it okay to start peppermint tea I plan to TTC end march/april.. also can i make the homemade fresh sort?
Yay! good question :) I didn't know the purpose of peppermint tea, but, for me, that sounds like the way to go! I love peppermint tea....how much do you drink for it to be effective?
