Salmon oil vitamin and royal jelly questions

Hi!The other day I saw salmon oil capsulas in the store and I was wondering if it is a good idea buying those for a blue sway? On the box it said "good source of omega-3" but is it as good as omega 3 vitamines? I didn't know what to think because also those vitamins were cheaper than normal omega 3.

And an other question; I am taking royal jelly gel caps (0,68 g each one and you are suppose to take two with each meal) The pills contains soya oil is that ok or is it dangerous/ bad?

As far as I know the salmon oil should be fine as long as it's distilled and mercury free (which I think all the ones they sell, are.) I think some brands do fancy mixes and that raises the price up but it's prob. just the exact same stuff.

a little soy oil in the vitamin is fine and does not contain enough of any component to sway.
