Just wondering I am taking vitex two weeks on two weeks off as per your recommendations.
I did read in the vitex thread that you mentioned not taking vitex if you are taking it all cycle during
AF. Whats the reason behind that out of curiosity? Just wondering incase I change how I take it.

Some people take it in different patterns (such as, all month long for many, many months) as advised by herbalists or other websites and that advice is directed at them, not for people taking it 2 W on, 2 W off or even for those taking it all month for a month or two before an attempt.
Some people have had really light/nonexistant AF when taking it constantly and it can be good for your body (if you've been taking V for a long time and having very light periods for months to years) to encourage the lining to slough off thoroughly because AF is a way to get rid of bad cells that can grow out of control and become cancerous over time. Again, this is ONLY for people who have taken V for many, many months nonstop and are not getting good AF. Does not apply to very many people.
