diet sodas or other no calorie drinks
are these ok to drink whenever? today was my first attempt on the diet again after stopping for 2 months and it was a major flop. i skipped breakfast by only 3 hours (had peppermint tea with equal), then my kids were snacking on chips so i had a handful of low fat bbq chips and some salt free pretzels with a diet root beer, more pretzels later for lunch and a cup of skim milk, and then nothing again until dinner which was corn chips with chili beans and cheese :omg: SO BAD! i was starving by then. drinking helps keep me full though and not think about eating so my question is, is it ok to drink no calorie drinks whenever in between meals? will blood sugar still stay low? are diet sodas ok? thanks again. i will try better tomorrow lol
