To wild yam or not to wild yam!!

Is it worth the shot for a pink sway?

I dont really even know how or which one to take but I found this online!

Is a tincture ok? Is this dosage safe/enough?
It also includes some Vitex which im already taking in a tablet form - will this be too much V?

I thought wild yam swayed blue? :think:
I don't want to add confusion, but I believe I read somewhere it's good for boy sway and I was desperate i can't get any.

I would not use wild yam for either a boy or a girl sway.

Drug companies used to use wild yam to manufacture progesterone (some believe this sways pink) and the precursor to progesterone (DHEA, which sways blue), but they had to do that in a laboratory with a lot of processing. Your body cannot turn the chemicals in wild yam into either progesterone OR DHEA and it is really just a big waste of money.

I thought this could be a good progesterone supp. I also saw a recent confirmed pink sway using it, hehe.

The good news is, it probably does nothing so if anyone has been taking it, no worries - doesn't seem to sway pink or blue.
