Hi, I'm on my third and final round of clomid. I went for my mid cycle scan today and follies are only just over 10, I am on day 14, the nurse thinks I won't ovulate for another week. My worry is, this happened last cycle and I got af 9 days after ovulating. Can I do anything this cycle to help this, anything to lengthen lp? Or is this cycle pretty much a wash out? Really need advice, am feeling so upset and hopeless about the whole situation,

Is this something you have dealt with in the past? That is putting O very late(I'm sure you know that) and maybe you need something stronger like injectables with a trigger to help you?
With my first 2 pregnancies I ovulated around day 18 so the clomid seems to be making it later, sadly my insurance won't cover me and I'm out of money, after this I have to take my chances and pray my body will ovulate on it's own. I did have the trigg shot last month but i can't have that until the follies are big enough. Do you think there's very little chance of conceiving with such late ovulation. Again, if anyone knows what I can do to lengthen lp, I would love to know!! X

Vitamin B6 should lengthen lp, I think it's 100mg/day, but I'll have to check it.

Vitamin B6 - never take more then 200mg/day! Better stay on the lower side.
