Saw Palmetto questions

I am still nursing my last son a few times a day or night. I plan on weaning him soon because I heard saw palmetto was better than peppermint tea. He's just about to turn 2. How and when do I take it? Can I still drink peppermint tea if I want to? I usually drink a big glass in the morning to help me feel full.

hi there - atomic advises that if you are taking sp that you do not drink peppermint tea aswell - they do the same thing anyway...I take one a day with food either at lunch or dinner... :-) from af to o...
