Internet explorer conncetion problems

I have been having trouble the last couple of days after I post or look at my notifications I get error messages. Is it my computer or the site?

It's spike in activity. I am looking into hosting options that are private and not shared. It's just tricky to manage. I know there is an issue with the Like button- if you click like and then refresh or back or move before the page fully reloads, you'll get the generic "an error has occurred" message. I'm working on it.
