Im not sure if that line suppose to be the nub or part of leg? sorry

So no one thinks that line is a nub or part of a nub?

I know you can't see the fork on the end but when I saw this site it looked like the line was in the same spot as the baby on this u/s. Do you need the fork to guess? I thought I've seen guesses without it?
