Oh I guess i did see this, to answer your question on your other thread it is normal to hve more severe O pain than normal. Especially in your case since you're on 100 it is not at all surprising to me that you are feeling it. Just skip cardio a few days til it improves.
Thanks atomic - so it's been a week since I've done any cardio bc of the cramping I'm 1dpo. Should I try and jump back in with jogging (all cramping has stopped like immediately after O) or should I walk for the hour? Or so nothing?

Ok sounds like a plan - I'll walk for 3 days then start the jog/walk thing for a few before trying to jog for the whole hour. I was mainly worried about T levels

The first two days I took clomid (50mg cd3-7), I had trouble staying asleep (I took the pills immediately before going to bed) and I had very mild headaches. They were so mild that I didn't even take anything for them. I just noticed they were there. Then the third night I started getting night sweats and during the day I could feel my ovaries. They weren't really painful but just kept making little twinges (I could also be crazy and it could have been wishful thinking, lol). The fourth night I had worse night sweats and the next morning I got a "high" on my cb advanced opk. The fifth night I didn't have anything. I did get a little hot while I slept but nothing out of the ordinary. I got another "high" on my cb advanced.
The few days after I finished the clomid, I had a lot of energy and got a lot done. That's probably just because I was trying to distract myself during the wait to O, lol! I haven't had any other symptoms since I finished the clomid.
So, I'm on cd15 right now and I haven't gotten a +opk. I'm thinking that I o'd yesterday though because I had a lot of cramping and was very bloated. Today, I am nowhere near as bloated and my opk was not as dark. I got another "high" on my cb advanced today which makes for 9 "high" days.

I love your idea below, Two! I'll update daily as well to help.
1st cycle, 50mg, days 5-9:
Day 1: I don't feel any different. Besides the fact that I have more watery/slick CM than I ever had at CD5! Otherwise business as usual.
Day 2: No real symptoms during the day again. At night my breasts/nipples were sore, and some ovary twinges on right side, but I feel those regularly without Clomid.
Day 3: Woke up last night in sweat: first hot flash! Had a slight headache in the morning, but could be from tossing and turning. Weird dreams! Creamy CM today and a kind of lack of appetite. No horrible side effects though that I can't live with yet.
Day 4: Aside from not sleeping as soundly, still no real side effects. I feel like I'm not as hungry (no good for boy sway!). And I had a lot more sticky/creamy CM than I have I past cycles today, especially after working out!
Day 5: Slept a lot better! Woke up with small headache and hungry! �� Glad it will be last day. Temps seemed steady thought first cycle as well.
Edit: I ended up Oing on CD17. Really bloated and could feel lots of action night of O. I was very lightheaded the day after O and throughout the 2WW I had sore BBs and a few other pregnancy symptoms, but ended with AF. Day AF came I was miserable - hormonal, crying, and so. Much. Cramping. Also my period was heavier that day.
On that note, I was bumped up to 100mg this cycle and feel 100% better and different. Only like 1 hot flash throughout. Don't know why it was better this round, but it definitely was!
I debated posting since I am only on day 2 of the regimen (50 mg CD 3-7) but decided to go ahead and post and I'll just update this post as I go so I don't have like 12 different posts about the same cycle!
For people who may read this in the future, I am on my first cycle of clomid (this go-round anyway). Dosage and timing is already included above.
CD 3; Day 1 on Clomid: Nothing out of the ordinary but I had a lot going on that could have easily masked anything that wasn't basically screaming "hey! I'm here!! Pay attention!!" Lol.
CD 4; Day 2: Got a hot flash about 30 mins after taking my second dose. It lasted 15-20 mins and then I was fine. I had a couple more hot flashes through the day, but the worst was in the evening. Usually I just get overwhelmingly hot. Like I have a really bad fever and can feel it all over my body. But this time I was pouring with sweat... about as bad as during my cardio. That was pretty much everything.
CD 5; Day 3: A couple minor headaches. Very, very slight... almost imperceptible "pinchy" cramps on left side in ovary area, late in the evening.
CD 6; Day 4: More, stonger pinchy pains on left side. VERY low energy (don't know if it is clomid related but thought I'd add as it's out of my norm). Irritable (could be because I am so tired).
CD 7; Day 5: SO. TIRED. Pinchy pains have switched to right side.
CD 9: Still very tired all the time... has to be because of the clomid. Some mild twinges in ovary area from time to time. CM changed to a very thin kind of creamy... like a hybrid of creamy and watery.
CD 12: OPKs all over the map so far this cycle. Minor cramps here and there.
CD 16: STILL no +OPK. Lots of cramping on my left side today and one pain dead center of my lower abdomen that only lasted a split second but it momentarily took my breath away it was so intense.
CD 19: Still no O :( Cramps today identical to AF cramps... very confusing. Then later I started having pains in my left side. It was a throbby-type pain and went all the way through to my back (also left side only). The pains kinda came and went- like there was nothing pain-wise, then I felt it building and then when it peaked it kinda felt like my ovary or something was going to pop like a balloon, then it declined back to nothing again... sometimes just for a few seconds before it started building again, sometimes for several minutes. It lasted a good 45 mins to an hour. An hour or so after left side pains stopped I had several sharp stabby pains, in my V area, in rapid succession, like a machine gun. The whole thing lasted like 3 seconds then stopped as abruptly as they started. It was really weird. O pains maybe?! :pray:
CD 23 First +OPK Attachment 26126 :pray::fingers:
CD 24: Attachment 26140 Mild cramps on both sides. Was expecting more of the cramps I had CD 19, but not the case.
CD 25: Temp shift of .28 degrees above CL.
CD 26-CD 32 (1DPO-8DPO)No specific days, but super crampy post O... esp on 7&8 DPO!
10 & 11 DPO BFP
12 & 13 DPO BFN
AF arrived in the wee hours of the morning on what would have been 16 DPO.

Atomic- I don't know what the rules are for making things "sticky" but I was wondering if we could sticky this so it doesn't get lost?
When I first came off the pill and started clomid I was severely angry and moody on the last day of taking clomid. The cycles after weren't as bad just moody and I get headaches.
I had 4 cycles of clomid until I made DS2.
This is now cycle 4 of clomid Ttc #3 hopefully it's lucky like last time.

Circling back around. I take 3-7 and I get moody toward the end. I "feel" ovary action during the 5 days, and more painful o's.
Hot flashes throughout the cycle.
Last cycle I o'd cd 18, with my pos OpK on cd 17.
This cycle im currently on cd -7 and no sign of that opk stick turning pos.

I don't know what day I would o, bc of going on Clomid and ttc right as soon as I got my first Af after PP. And since then I've only had 2 cycles. One was like 58 or more day cycle and the other was o ing on cd 18 (pos on 17) and then a crappy 8 day luteal.. Not a lot to go on yet.

So, cd16 = ovulation for me. Super, extremely painful!!! I was in the car (luckily as a passenger) when the horrible O pains started at about 6pm. They lasted for about 45 minutes and then I was a little sore the rest of the day. I also woke up nauseous and it didn't go away all day. The nausea has continued today (1dpo). I'm hoping it goes away soon.

Cycle 2 with clomid. I'm on cd7 which is day 3 1/2 of 100mg Clomid (I puked up the 1st pills, so I don't know how much of them actually ended up in my system). I'm super crampy today!!! I had horrible hot flashes last night. My CB Advanced says Low today but if I didn't know better, I'd think I was going to O in a day or two! This is nuts!! Hitme, I can definitely see how you are unable to exercise around O time. I didn't have this cramping last cycle.
On to round 2...
CD3 (Clomid day 1): Crushing my pill this time hoping for a better absorption and response to it this cycle than last. Still taking 50 mg days 3-7. Headache in the evening.
CD4; Day 2 Ovary pain, fatigue.
CD5; Day 3 Fatigue. Migraine.
CD7; Day 5 I have had a couple hot flashes but seem to be having migraines in lieu of hot flashes this cycle.
CD 9 Same creamy/watery hybrid CM that I had this time last cycle showed today. Symptoms- low energy, a cramp here and there, sensitive nipples and a continuation of the headaches I have been having so far this cycle.
CD 10-12 Holy O pains batman!! Breast tenderness.
CD 13 Follicle study today. One huge 3 cm follicle on left ovary and one medium sized, but likely too small to O, follicle which is also on the left ovary. +OPK!! I am actually going to O early!! Radio silence on the symptom front with the exception of tender breasts.

CD 14 Worst O pains EVER! Could barely function. Worst of it lasted about 2 hours, but constant ache and tenderness continued the rest of the day. Bloated & breast tenderness.
CD 15 More cramps, not quite as bad as CD 14 but bad enough to need a pain killer in the AM. Cramping stopped completely midday.
CD 16 Massive temp shift due, in part, to CD 15's temp dip. The 2WW begins...
1 DPO-7 DPO Random cramps here and there, but especially on 7 DPO. "Lightning crotch".
8 DPO Tender nips. Tender BBs by evening.
9 DPO Headache all day long. Fatigue, even after a nap. Cramps.
10 DPO-endCramps... LOTS of cramps. Headaches too.
BFN and AF showed giving me a 14 day LP (my norm is 12).
Moving on to next cycle...
I'm on cd17 of clomid round 2 and finally got a temp rise. I was gearing up to O on cd13 but then didn't for some reason. I even got a peak on my cb advanced but then I didn't get a temp rise, so I know I didn't ovulate. I got another peak on my cb advanced yesterday. I'm expecting really bad O pains today to confirm ovulation.

i am on clomid 3-7, 50mg. I am about to ovulate in three days. My doc did a scan and told me to trigger and bd 32 hours after. Is that positiv opk? Or should I bd earlier? One attemp for sure with 4 day old sperm.
Should I do jump and dump or deep release? Still not sure...
Personally, if I knew I wouldn't O for 3 days I'd wait to BD at the 1.5 day point to make sure sperm had a chance to get where they are headed and have time to "recharge" before the egg dash, but late enough to know my attempt would be well timed. As far as J&D snd such we go middle ground. We do deep penetration (DH wouldn't have it any other way lol) with hips propped after BUT J&D after 5 mins. GL.Quote:

thank you! unfortunately there are not that many people who did clomid and put info in spreadsheet...I dont want to do multiple attemps because hubby has a lot sperm with a high count( we got it tested) but his sperm dies off quickly the clinic said. i wonder if we should bd on ov day to make sure. i have had two chemicals this year from 0+12 and I am already 37.
