If you can't open the eBooks then try logging out and logging back in again, that usually does the trick.

I still haven't heard anything re mine either. I paid via PayPal on 21 June but haven't had any information sent back. Please look into it as we were planning to start the diet this month but I'm running out of time. Thank you
