lyagirl - maybe that's a good sign? GL!
I'm 10 dpo and the temptation to test is going strong. I'll be shocked if I make it all day without testing!

I got my +OPK last night. Had our attempt. Really wasn't expecting a + on CD11. I usually don't O until CD 17 or 18 so this is new to me!
Any updates ladies? I saw a couple of you are 10 and 11 DPO now.
bluebonnet - we are 29/32, sorry I meant LR!
Thanks!
AF started this morning, soooo excited for our first BD :)
As per the conversation I'm crashing, I can totally relate to the stress of the 2 week wait! I become consumed with it ha, it really isn't healthy (or cheap ha) but I totally understand that need to test. I did test too early and got a negative with my son though and felt the disappointment only to re-test a few days later and +, but the downside is now if I ever test early and it's neg I'll just be convincing myself it's just to early. Sometimes just best to wait, though it is so, so hard!
I have always been an early test taker. I will always be an early test taker. And I am also historically a 'still hope' gal. It feels like a door closing in a dark room with light in the hallway. the sliver of hope gets thinner and ropelike. Its small but you can see so much right up until the door it actually closed.
Hairbows. My OPKs are darn near stark white. Very Very faint test line, and a dark control. I wish I was an early ovulater. I would get to test sooner. I hate long cycles! You wait for so long just to get a BFN. :( But on the upside it means I am more likely to get a + opk around the 18th.
Went to the pool yesterday, spent hours in the sun and being very active (my boys) I know that much cardio can be very good for a girl sway. The down side... My hubby is very fair skinned. He is a crispy lobster now despite the frequent sunscreen. He is not going to want to BD for weeks. :(
Anybody know how I might help him to heal from his burn without peeling or blistering?
I also would like to see a BFP from one of you ladies soon too. I am going to be a very late result for this party but I planon posting everything up when I can. FX for BFPs!!!
Livethe3quetra try banana peels, rub them on his sunburn let sit for 20 minutes than rinse off. GL!
eeekk!! a week away till the day of dtd,if expected +opk is on time.cant figure out if im nervous or excited.
:nails:
Guys, I think I got my positive opk yesterday. At the time I wasn't sure because it wasn't looking as dark as the control, but the tests are getting lighter now. So this morning DH and I had our one attempt. I hope it wasn't too late. I'll probably keep using the opks and also dtd in 4 days just in case. If we missed it this month I'm going to switch to the every 4 day method next month. Opks are stressing me out, and I only have 3 months of clomid.

So much activity this morning ladies, hard to keep up!
ndeveau - Is this your last chance for a DD? (I'm young but my DH is insistent he only wants 2 kids so this is my last chance!). I think atomic gave you some good advice on your other thread, but honestly if I were you I'd wait a month and try to stick to the diet for 6 weeks before your attempt. The success rates are much higher when people are on the diet longer. Also, I would do the cardio 6 days a week for 6 weeks for 60 minutes if you can swing it. The success rates are great on that as well! Lastly, seems LR is getting good results so stick with that for DH.
Hairbows - when was the top stick taken? Definitely the top is a postiive for you (compared to the others). Fingers crossed your attempt is well timed! I think doing the every 4 days PLUS an OPK is the way to go for you. I'm doing the plain "every 4 days" method this month and next month but for my month after that I plan on switching and doing every 4 days plus an attempt at POS OPK.
eleena - it's so much better to have the attempt behind you :) GL!
As for me, I've decided I will test tomorrow (11 dpo) at the absolute earliest, but still trying to hold out until 13 dpo. The nice thing about 13 dpo is if you get a BFN you can usually give up hope. Last month when I started getting BFN's at 10 dpo I foolishly still held out hope that I'd get a BFP later. The false hope killed me! Hopefully I learned my lesson and wont test early again, but doubtful!
