So we went to stay with the in-laws this weekend. It was nice even though I'm exhausted because the boys slept terribly. Anyway MIL says she is 95% sure this one is a girl. We haven't told anyone we are having our scan this week because I just don't want any pestering. We will tell everyone what it is when we're ready. I hope she's right but I really don't want to get my hopes up.
Bythe******- I already said for whatever reason, I have always thought you are having a girl, but I understand not wanting to get your hopes up. I will be thinking about you this week and looking forward to when you are ready to share the news!! (I hope you won't wait too long to share on here! :) )
My father just said he thought I was having a girl. I said I don't think so. haha I really feel at peace with it at the moment, but when I think about going in for my scan I sure do get anxious still!
I had a dream last night it was a girl too, I'll blame MIL lol. I was really hoping to go in assuming it was a boy, then I wont be as disappointed. I'll have my boys with me too, so I don't want to get upset.

Girls i hear you! Im trying so hard to prepare myself for boy but i can feel myself getting upset that im not going to hear girl.....im soooo nervous for thursday i feel sick thinking about it. Totally understand how you feel about not telling anyone bythe******, every person who has been told we are pregnant (which is not many, but then there is the occassional who rudely ask- and i say rudely because im not really friends with them, i just see them at school or sometimes at 'church' but they are not good friends of mine, so to me they really shouldn't be asking, if i wanted to tell them them then i would.) ask straight away when do we find out....
I blunty say we arent finding out and if we do we by accident then we wont be telling anyone as it is not their business, they can wait till the bab is born. People actually get offended by this - completely boggles my mind that people are getting offended by a decision that has nothing to do with them and they only want to know the outcome to satisfy their curiosity...just wait!!
anyway enough of my rant! fingers crossed for all our scans this week....will let you girls know as soon as i know :)
I'm feeling the same too! I've had 100% girl nub guesses but still going through the 'its a boy' in my head! So convinced I will hear that! I'm trying to focus on the heathy baby thing :)

I found out six weeks ago from the Harmony test (due to my "advanced age") that I'm having a girl, but I was so scared that someone read the results wrong or wrote them down wrong, etc. I had my scan today and the tech said, "It's a girl. No doubt about it." Hooray to have it confirmed.
Who's ready to do some planning now? Now that I'm not sick all the time, I want to plan her nursery. Anyone else itching to get stuff ready?
I want to get things ready for the baby too, but we're actually planning a major move shortly after the baby is born, so I can't prep too much because it's all going to have to be packed away. Ugh, I am dreading the move but we're doing it so we can buy our own home and live closer to my family, which I will love! So it will be worth it.
We bought mostly gender neutral clothes for DS so I won't have to buy much. I did buy some little dresses and pink sleepers, but I'm actually grateful that I can just wash the baby clothes we have packed away in boxes and not have to go around buying a whole bunch of baby stuff we didn't use anyway. I will enjoy setting up a bedroom just for DS and a nursery for the new baby after we move. That will be a lot of fun. :)
Ladies who know gender---do you have names yet? Or final choices for names?
So have been thinking about names. For a girl (also I had picked out if boy number 3 was a girl) Rozline. For a boy Logan. Not totally set on either of those names, but just wanted some thoughts on them. For the girl my first name would most likely be the middle name. Don't know what we would use for a boy though yet. TIA!
Thanks ladies it seems a bit surreal to me ATM- it's funny I instantly believed them when they said boy for my DSs but this LO I don't know if I can believe it even tho it has been done by a seriously highly qualified sonographer during a procedure! I'm glad I will have it confirmed indefinitely in a few days by the amnio results so until then I am cautiously happy!!!
I am definitely itching to start planning things for bub but again just want to wait for that confirmation and also we don't want to tell anyone just yet so keeping pink purchases to a minimum will be neccisarry as my family are politely nosey!!

I like it dreaminginoz, our girl will be called Maisy I think not sure about a middle name though. My ds1 came out with the name a few weeks ago and we both love it.

I was a bit naughty and went and bought a few cute girly things today, but I was actually surprised I didn't like a lot of the clothes out there after wanting to shop for a girl for years.
Love the name maisy! And maisy Mae is my favourite, it's so soft and sweet:) I like jade as a second name too.
Hahah isn't that funny I am always like that with window shopping and then it comes to me actually going to buy something and I can't find anything I love!
I'm also a big bargain shopper, won't even consider anything not on special.

We've had our daughter's name picked out for YEARS (and for some of those years we didn't even know if we'd be having another baby or not).
Her name is Abigail.
We were struggling to find boy names. All the boys names we like have either already been used by us or our siblings. We were leaning toward Lucas, but weren't totally sold on it yet. But now it doesn't matter. :)
I haven't bought anything girly yet. After two miscarriages, I've been too nervous. But now I'm ready to buy some things and make some plans :)
