Magnificent May 2WW Thread

OMG! So yesterday while my DH took the boys to grab dinner and while DS3 was napping, I POAS. It was like after a 2.5 hour hold and my last blue dye test (I didn't want to waste a FRER or a CBD). I thought I saw a line right away, and I couldn't tell after 3min. The test said it could take up to 10min, but I got distracted and didn't check.

So fast forward to a few minutes ago while I was putting away a new pack of FRERs and gathering up stuff to be recycled,I found the test. There is clearly a faint line IRL. The directions said a positive test, no matter how faint, stays positive for 2 weeks.

YAY!!!!! Huge congratulations XX! You should totally take FRER. I'd bet the line would be nice and dark.

I'm incredibly nauseous though. I'm having a hard time eating anything today. I'm hoping to wait to tell my DH until I get to CD44, which will be the day after DS2's birthday party.

But how can you wait that long?! lol When I found out I was pregnant with this babe, I was so excited that I made my husband come meet me during his lunch break. hahaha I'm terrible at keeping secrets though. ;)

Haha! I just know he's going to freak out, and I want him to be fully present for DS2's birthday. He also is taking a new job this summer (he will be the principal at our children's school [emoji4]. He's a principal at another school currently) and is finishing up part of his dissertation. He's just feeling a tad overwhelmed ATM, and I don't want to add to that.

He's going to be really excited, and he said last night he's looking forward to #4. I just don't want this his short term stress to overshadow his joy.

Yeah, I'll test in the morning with FMU. I've never had an LP this long. Plus AF will be late according to FF.

I hope so! If I'm not pregnant something is really wrong, haha! I'm so nauseous!

I totally get wanting to wait to tell him. I never did tell DH about the CP from last week; I just know he would get discouraged about the whole TTC thing and I'm not ready to give up yet.

Yeah. She's due in August. I think I'm due either the end of January or the very beginning of February. I need a dating scan on this one since I've had such a late BFP for Oing on CD12, haha!

Omg xxforhubby that is a LINE! I csn not wait for your next test! So how many dpo are you?? I am not 100 percent on my dates either. I will be having sn early scan. I am cd17 today

I'm CD26 today and 14DPO. I'll test tomorrow with a FRER and maaybe a CBD if I get a decent line on the FRER.

I still feel like it's too good to be true, but AF is no where in sight and I have loads of creamy CM. This is CRAZY, haha!

Attachment 31312I've been using FRER the last 3 days and all BFNs, I'm not depressed or discouraged just bummed. Today is 12dpo, I'll wait till AF is late, she is supposed to be here Friday I think, if I do test again but I haven't been very optimistic about this cycle anyway.

Signingmommy- you're still in it! I got a BFN at 10 and 11DPO. On a whim last night I tested, because I started to get nauseous and I had heartburn out of no where! Plus, I've been spacey, and I only become a space cadet when I'm pregnant. I locked myself out of the house yesterday and forgot where we placed our spare key in our compost bin! I had to call my DH. I've been forgetting things left and right, and I only get this way when I'm pregnant. It's like the embryo begins to funnel glucose away from my brain, haha!

I'd like to think so due to my cm and heartburn but my intuition has been so off. I'll just hold my breath and wait, I've been crampy too.

I've been crampy too. I've thought AF was coming but nope...hopefully she stays away for both of us!

Sorry Pbn, just seen your reply now.... All well my side, just plodding along on this never ending journey of ttc for my Girl, although somehow I am quite comfortable at this pace, not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing! The diet is second nature now and no longer phases me, I think the longer you continue on this journey the more at peace it becomes. Perhaps that's the lesson,,, patience.

Hope all is going well for you so far, will be keeping an eye out for your progress reports :)

Thanks ladies! I haven't tested as I forgot to not drink overnight and drank 12oz of water when I got up to BF DS3 :/

I also am chickening out and want to wait until AF is a week late, which is next Wednesday at 21DPO. This was the first time I could get a BFP with DS2.

Part of me feels like this is too good to be true, and I'm waiting for the other shoe to fall. I can't wrap my mind around me being able to conceive while BFing.

While I am having no indications AF is coming, and I have some really compelling symptoms (spaciness, increased appetite/thirst, nausea, tender nipples, abundant creamy CM), I'm giving it more time.

Im out :tissue::tissue: again.
I dont believe it.
Only an 8 day LP .... what can i do to correct that, without taking vits !??
Im beginning to think my body just isnt up to having another, im not even being overly strict with the diet or anything, and we also dtd twice in my fertile phase so where am i going wrong that i cant even conceive now. So bummed

Oh sweetie! My heart goes out to you! I swear by acupuncture. I did that for 3 months in order to conceive last time when TTCing. It fixed my cycle length, extended my LP, and moved up my ovulation so I wouldn't ovulate so late.

I am so sorry Sharon. A tea that I drank for the longest time called "Fertilitea" really helped to get my cycles under control before my last BFP and after my d&c in January. It is all herbs that help with cycle, healthy LP, and lining.

I am in complete and total shock!!!! So yesterday afternoon took a FRER and it was stark negative. I was going to wait till tmrw or Saturday with my last test which was CB weeks estimator digital. Got home this afternoon and though why not test now and get it out of my system.

I got a BFP!!!!!!!
