Well today I did ok but it was a struggle
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - potato salad, tomatoes, spring onions, French bread and crisps. And a slice of birthday cake
Dinner - Pizza Express marguerita pizza and a glass of red wine

Today I had -
Breakfast : Watermelon
Lunch : Rice Cakes, low fat spread and cucumbers & Crisps with hummus (really shouldn't have done it, but they were there and so yummy)
Dinner : Veggie Burger, Bread Roll, Iceberg lettuce

Lunch - egg and cress sandwich from the supermarket which I sneakily ate in McDonald's as the boys were having a movie and fast food treat.
Snack - G&T and pistachio nuts
Dinner - the other half of my veggie burrito enchilada thing and some french bread
yesterday I messed up so bad as I was at a friends :(
Weighed this morning and have gained 3 lbs although I know it is mostly water from all the salt.
Breakfast - Rawnola (oats, 4 dates, and 10 almonds) and half a banana - with milk
Lunch - 2 crumpets with margarine & 4 rice cakes
Dinner - TAKE AWAY - boiled white rice, 2 Tbsp Spinach & Potatoe curry, and Chickpea curry ....and I ate 1 popadom
Feel really bad that I went totally off the diet.
Been working so hard and had lost 9lbs in August...now gained those 3 back.
Going to be really good the rest of the week/end and hope it all comes off again
I was just typing something similar. I fell off the diet wagon last night too because I had too much wine and therefore snacked on top of my dinner.

Snack - G&T and pistachio nuts
Dinner - vegetable fajitas, i.e. two wraps with vegetables, a little grated cheese and a little guacamole in. Plus some potato wedges. So at this point all fine and within limits allowing for a large glass of wine. Unfortunately I actually had nearly a bottle of wine so had another fajita and a few crisps as I was too drunk to care! Grrrrrr
So totals were about 2275 cals 66g fat 47g protein
Oh I also had my first cheat day yesterday!
I had McDonald's fries. Which I'm sure is the equivalent to my daily fat intake lol
Today is my 10 year anniversary so we are going out for dinner. I'm going to stick to vegetarian but probably will be another day of over my limits.

Dinner - chip shop chips, veggie fingers sandwich and Ketchup

Dinner - Made a curry : Chickpeas, Onion, Low Fat Curry sauce, Spinach & 4 New potatoes.
I calculated it on Cronometer and I'm under calories at 1208, so I might have a glass of wine :beer:
Friend's wedding yesterday! Tricky but I did well
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - two mini jacket potatoes with butter and vegetables
Dinner - roasted veg kebabs, salad, new potatoes, pasta salad and tabbouleh. Plus one can of premixed G&T
Later in the evening they served up pizzas and I had a slice of the vegetarian one and a slice of ham and mushroom but picked off the Ham :-)
Breakfast : Skipped

Dinner : Stir fry veggies (no oil), Noodles, Low fat Satay sauce (full of chemicals and aspartame !)

Mmmm that low fat garlic bread sounds good weezie
Might have to steal that idea for tomorrows dinner.

Dinner - will be my mushroom risotto and low fat garlic bread. I might have wine but I had a lot last night so...
How often are you guys incorporating wine/alcohol into your diets? I've only been doing it once a week but am thinking I might need to UP it. I actually find that part somewhat difficult since it makes me so tired next day! 😐

I love my booze so I'm enjoying having one or two drinks nearly every day :-)
I don't do it that often, because if I get tipsy (I am a lightweight)
I lose all control and eat everything in sight.
I'm having Pinnacle Vodka (Whipped Cream Flavour) with Low sugar lemonade - tastes like lemon meringue pie lol
This isn't LE diet related persay but when are you guys having your attempts?!
I think I've decided to have my first attempt in just a few days! I will have been on the LE diet for 10 weeks by then give or take! 😊

I didn't have my risotto in the end. Decided a cheat night was in order as it's been ages. So I've got a Domino's :-) but it's vegetarian and Italian style. With red wine of course
Feeling so full and grumpy this morning. Damn my gluttony!
My first attempt will be in the next week, I should get a positive OPK between the 1st and 6th, so nervous and excited all at the same time! I've not been too good on the diet so at this point I'm just accepting it can go either way!
We DTD day before yesterday, so now in the 2WW
We had a mc a few months ago, the last two cycles we did 1 attempt at positive OPK but go BFN
So this time we did it everyday (which is meant to sway blue, but we are desperate to conceive cos of my age) of high fertility tests.
So relying on LE, and also lifestyle change (given up male dominated job - Me)

I am the same! I will be CD12 on Friday and that's usually when I get a positive OPK. So my attempt should be this weekend roughly.
We are moving next week to a rental for 20 days until our new house is ready and the kids start school Tues. Talk about a stressful week coming up for us! I was going to wait until next cycle but I know it can take a while to conceive. 😊

Just realised I'd got lazy in posting my meals. But I know it helps new swayers so:
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - vegetable pizzetta (ie smallish pizza)
Snack - G&T and pistachio nuts
Dinner - homemade vegetable curry with white rice and a beer
Breakfast-fat free refried bean burrito
Lunch- 1 cup kraft mac and cheese. And a bagel with a bit of cream cheese
Dinner-rice with cheese stick OR a serving of wasabi peas (haven't decided yet)
Yesterday
Breakfast - black coffee
Lunch - bread roll with grated cheddar cheese and pickle, salad, some broad bean, pea and mint pesto and Baked crisps
Dinner - homemade vegetable curry and rice with red wine
I've gone really far off my diet....eating loads of fats (even had a chinese take away - vegan, but so high in fat and salt)
I know it's because AF is coming, and I am feeling a bit sad that the 4th attempt since my MC has failed.
So now I am back on the LE bandwagon.
Just did a 1 hour hike (sweating as I type lol)
And now had a burger bun, toasted, with half a can of low sodium baked beans
Lunch & dinner is going to be : Carrot & Fennel soup
Super low calories today, but that's cos I have been eating like 3500 a day these last few days lol
It's really hard when you're low to stick to the diet. I am craving a big breakfast this morning but we've got friends over for dinner so I need to save the calories for tonight. I'm cooking Caribbean style so we're having lots of cocktails, coconut shrimp to start, then jerk chicken, rice and peas, slaw and sweet potato and black bean curry (I'll just have the curry and slaw), then pina colada pud (which I'll probably try but not have a portion).

I ate meat yesterday for first time in 9 weeks and boy do I feel like crap. It was our wedding anniversary so I thought a cheat was in order and we went to our favorite Italian restaurant. I got meat sauce on my pasta and ate way too much and now the next morning I feel like a beached whale. I have been bad on the diet lately too. The 2WW is distracting my dedication.
