Girlie i got a positive on the clearblue weeks estimator digital test when my hcg couldnt have been more than 10-15. If you are looking only for solid confirmation of "oh you are 100% pregnant lady" id get that one. If you are more wanting to see how 'dark' your line is then i recommend first response early result. Also had a positive with that one but i thought my mind was playing tricks on me (and for good reason since even the box says it shouldnt register a positive until 20-25...)

Hubby because LH surges best at night i am thinking you will get your positive tonight! yay for birthday sex! LOL

Thanks bukoram, thunk I might give the clear blue a go tomorrow, I am pretty certain on weeks but I might get a digital in a few weeks to check progression, like from 1 -2 weeks to 2-3 weeks sort of thing! X

Careful though girlie...i dont know about the regular clear blue digitals. make sure its the week estimator...thats the ONLY one i can vouch for! dont want you to get a false negative and be like "wtf" lol

How many DPO are you? I first tested at 8dpo which was bfn. I then waited till one day past AF which was 13dpo and bfp. :)

"Here are the sensitivity/ cut-off thresholds:

Not pregnant/pregnant 1-2 threshold = 10 mIU/mL,
Pregnant 1-2/pregnant 2-3 threshold = 156 mIU/mL,
Pregnant 2-3/pregnant 3+ threshold = 2600 mIU/mL.

So if your HCG level is below 10 mIU/mL, it will show Not Pregnant.
If your HCG level is between 10 and 155 mIU/mL, it will show Pregnant 1-2
if your HCG level is between 156 and 2600 mIU/mL, it will show Pregnant 2-3
if your HCG level is over 2600mIU/mL, it will show Pregnant 3+"

Right which clear blue one should I avoid? Do I need to get the one that says pregnant 1-2 weeks? Certainly don't want a negative, that would take the cream right of my bun! X

I would get a FRER, first response early result, and a Clear Blue with week's estimator for follow up.

I'm so excited there are more BFPs! Now we need more, haha!

Who is due to test? Mrs. Sparkles and Girliecat. Am I missing anyone else?

Well am not sure I think I ovulated on cd 18 or 19, so that is either 14 or 15 dpo! X

I am 12 dpo today, So if af does not appear by Sunday/Monday, I will be testing.

Girlie- Yes! get the one that will show you 1-2 weeks. any other clearblue digitals avoid because i think a majority of digitals in general require higher amounts of HCG to get a positive and since we are unsure how far along you are exactly id start with what i can confirm is a very sensitive digital...

Hubby has the best idea, if you can afford both get both the clearblue one im suggesting and a First response.

I bought the £6.50 Clear Blue one only because i was 99.9% sure i had my bfp with the Tesco pregnancy test - The line was there although not super strong. And also my AF didn't show up and im pretty regular. Good luck with testing tmw xx :)

I was going to test on Monday, but I can feel cramps today :(
So I have a feeling AF will be here tomorrow - today I nearly cried....which I tend to do with PMS...llike literally I cry at adverts and stupid stuff that is not even sad

I am going to be rooting for you though, it really sounds like this could be the month for you.

I am only 7 dpo so still a week til AF officially due for me. I usually start spotting from 7 or 8 dpo so if that starts I am sure I will be out for this month. I am not holding much hope though as had weird spotting 2-4 dpo. If I get to 10 dpo with no spotting I might test. Fingers crossed for those waiting to test and congrats to those with bfps.

Girlieplease, I would get a frer. I think you would get a nice clear line on one of those. Can't wait to see a nice strong bfp... come visit us in the due date thread. I assume you are due in May or are we up to June already?

Oh Sparkles, sorry you are feeling so down. I have had some symptoms but I know the symptoms are similar to AF so I try not to speculate too much. I mean cramping can still be early pregnancy symptom right? I am not counting you out. Girlieplease thought her AF was just around the corner recently too and she got her BFP a week later. (I love those kind of happy ending).

jennypenny- sounds like you are 1 day ahead of Sparkles and I. Happy to hear you might be testing this weekend too! Hope you are the next BFP!!

GirlieCat, I think you're good to test Sunday! I've always gotten a BFP by 12 DPO. Always with cheap strips though, don't want to waste the $ for a FRER or a digital.

Does any of you know if producing EWCM is a good fertility sign in the 2ww-period?

I know how crappy it feels, well I think 99% of us in this thread do unless we got a BFP on the first go, it is just horrid.

Girlie,

I wasn't even sad because of anything lol.
I just get so emotional before AF, either that or paranoid/anxious - only last a day but is so intense.

UK Ladies - when I bought my spare Clearble Ovulation kits, the seller also had FR tests for £3.99 and FREE Shipping.
Hoping they are legit tests, as they didn't come in a box, but the ovulation sticks were fine and showed ovulation on the day I expected.
Am I allowed to put a link in ?
I was buying 10 OPK pack in boots but it was £23.99 a go (stupid that they don't sell without the holder)
But on ebay I got them for £14.99

Maybe the seller buys FRERs in bulk packs then sells them individually? Did the foil packaging look normal?

I was told with dd, that it was a sign of the mucus plug forming, but I also get it in the run up to af, so that has confused and tricked me on a few occasions, how many days post o are you? X

Got this this morning, cannot get a first response test as tesco had sold out, wondered if alot of babies are conceived during August? There was very little pregnancy tests of any type, am delighted! X

Ooo, can I join? I am 4dpo. Not feeling massively confident this month, but then I never am! Been ttc since Feb but had some massively bad timing months. This month, thanks to finally finding an opk that works for me, I think we timed our attempt a day before ov so maybe we will have more luck.

Welcome, I tale it your swaying pink? If it was one attempt! Good luck and fingers crossed for you. Do you have any children already? I have dd, ds1 and ds2, swaying fir another dd, got a bfp on Friday, x

Dream- my understanding is EWCM in the 2WW could be a sign your progesterone is low either from a weak ovulation or no ovulation... Any chance you ovulated later than you did? Did you take an ovulation test when you got the EWCM just to make sure it wasn't a late ovulation?

Aaw that's great girlie please! Yay! Yes I am swaying pink and I have been doing so for almost a year :-( I have two sons who are my world. I work love to have a daughter though. So cool you have a bfp! Congrats xx
