I'm not really sure where all the twin talk started, but my husband thought I was having twins and I wouldn't let him even joke about it and I think he was a tad disappointed to hear of only one [emoji849]
I really thought it might be an option for Sky bc she got a bfp so early. And Lola would genuinely like girl twins. I'm good with ONE and might not even be able to handle that somedays [emoji23]
I have a friend that is having triplets and took/did NOTHING. It's like a 1/600,000 chance of that and she hit the jackpot. I think that got me a tad concerned too. I know several people that have triplets but they were from fertility treatments/ivf, this friend though, nada!! She has a 2 year old too! That's God though and they will be blessings. But, I'd freak out [emoji854]
That is amazing Kat! My husband's two aunts and uncle are triplets! They were natural! His cousin had a set of boy girl twins the same year we had our four year old, there's a set of quads in there somewhere as well.

Wow Kat & Mommy-natural triplets, that's awesome, but that would scare me haha. Yes, twin girls would have been amazing, but I think DH is relieved there is only 1 lol. I wasn't really expecting twins other than my age on my side there, so I'm happy with a singleton. I will have to get an SUV with a 3rd row anyway so that 3 car seats will fit!! Yes Ash! Mommy will have the twins or maybe even Nacire?!

I haven't looked back at the excited new today, but I promise I will when my house calms down for the day. We are running around getting all the last minute things for our trip. We leave at 3am (5am flight) tomorrow morning :nails:. Why did I even let my dh talk me into such an early flight. We are all going to be the walking dead tomorrow:sigh.. July 2nd we are celebrating my sons 2nd birthday ekkk!! I can't believe he's turning 2 Ermahgerdddd!!

Well not hereditary (identical twins are a freak of nature in the womb doctors words not mines), but my older brothers are identical twins from my mother, and my younger brothers are identical twins from my father:bigsmile: I'm the youngest for my mother, and the oldest for my father (I never met him before). I never told him I was swaying, but he assumes (correctly) that I want a girl and he does not believe that it can be controlled. For whatever reason, he chose to ignore my message. So disappointing, but typical. My dad wasn't very excited either. He is medical professional & he believes at 38 that I'm risking my health. He said he'll celebrate once the baby is here. Men! Golly, well at least I'm happy for myself haha ;)

At the end of the day all that matters is what you want.. It's like they say you can't purse happiness.. You just have to make your mind up to be. Don't let them spoil this pregnancy. This pregnancy is an absolute blessing :) I Fx you get your girl so you can shut them down once and for all :bigsmile: Do your brothers have kids of their own? I'm happy their wives are happy for you :). But no chance at me having twins. Fraternal twins are hereditary and they don't run in my family at all.

Mommy2apples - I swear I love my Pilot! It's great on gas and all the kiddos are comfortable! I've had the two youngest home for the past 5 or so years. I'm so sad my little 5 yr old ds is starting kindergarten:sad:I seriously know I'm going to ball my eyes out:sad: I wanted to totally homeschool him, but my dh wants him to experience school (insert eye roll). Doesn't it feel like they just got out for the summer?!! My 5 yr old has orientation on July 31st, and half a day for the week school starts back. He will go all day after that. This process is new to us this school year for him entering Kinder.

It does seem that way, they just got out of school! Aww it's hard your baby is starting school! My four year is going to preschool. He's so shy or other wise I wouldn't even send him [emoji17] I just want him to get over the shyness and make friends! It's only two hours a day, four days a week in the evenings so won't be too bad for him I guess. I think it's crazy how they make the kindergarteners go all day now!! They do that here as well. My husband rolls his eyes if I suggest homeschooling ours also!
Did have nausea this morning, and a dull pain in my back all day. Hoping it isn't af sneaking in! That would be so disappointing! Also still have that yucky taste in my mouth. Had to force my workout tonight.

You are very welcome mommy2apples! We booked Wine tasting at a winery that has pineapple wine, and an Organic Vodka Distillery a few weeks ago. I guess I will be watching and not tasting:sad: We have a ton of other things planned but I was really looking forward to that.. My cycles temps before this one I conceived on looks different. The cycle I conceived they seemed way higher than all the previous months. I think yours look different than your previous one. My best advice is to stay hopefully :)

Great to see so many people here. I'm now on fortran/onsansetron after trying a few others and this seems to stop the constant vomiting, but still most days. Is anyone else taking this?
Also, I wondered if anyone else is planning on finding out the gender but keeping it a secret? I have a DS but already I'm getting 'oh I so hope it's one of each' 'you can try for another if it's a boy' and various other opinions! [emoji849]

It's not long, I was going to go private but with being so sick, time seems to have gone quickly!
Being on this site and doing a sway massively made me come to terms with any GD I had when I was pg wth DS.
It's weird I don't think my DH believes (yet!) me but I am happy with either (although I never thought I could think that).
Great you're not finding out, I was very tempted, but figure I can get sorted with all of DS's baby clothes and things as I feel December will be a busy month!
Btw my due date moved a week early which does not fit at all with Ovulation or dtd (I know when my one attempt was!) but U/S tech was adamant. I guess I will be a week late !
