Anyone know about fresh jalapeņos? Going to start the LE diet I think next month and I currently eat these things as if they're going outta style LOL. I googled the nutritional info and it all looks good except for the vitamin C. It says 10% there? Anyone know if I can include them in my everyday diet or no????:think:

Is there a current meal thread for January?? I have looked over this thread like crazy and I know for 100% fact I will fail if I have to eat bland foods. Is it okay to eat things like low sodium vegetarian stir fry as long as I stay within my ranges for proteins and calories and fat?? I am reducing my sodium intake by a ton but not keeping it crazy low. I am averaging 1200 mg.
