My d/h has not released since the 10th when we dtd, I said to him can he release and then we dtd later but i dont think it will lower count enough?
it will, if you DTD within 8hrs of his previous release it should halve his sperm count
ok should i do a jump and dump also?
well I am pretty well sure I ovulated at 7pm so if I get d/h to release at 11pm and then dtd at 7am?
yes, or DTD a few hours before then :) (better than leaving it too late)
I'd J&D after 5 mins or so
