Thanks for the info! I really appreciate it! I started feeling more nauseous at work & threw up several times. I rarely leave work for being sick, but couldn't stay today! Took a zofran & curling up in my bed while boys are at preschool! My dr wanted me to get it checked out, but doesn't have anything until Friday AM. I hesitate to go in if it's a CP and there's nothing that can be done about it. I'm going to go try to sleep it off for awhile!!!
Honestly, it is better to get checked out and it be just a CP than to wait and have it be an ectopic and you loose a tube or something worse! Please get it checked out ASAP if it is making you feel that bad!

Artisam I was hoping I'd conceive my first month after having iud out since it's happened so fast in the past. Kinda glad I didn't because I'm having a super light af I figure if I would have there wouldn't have been much lining built up yet for little bean to snuggle into. So hoping it happens this cycle I'm on cd4 right now!

I wouldnt be taking progesterone until you get your levels checked. Is there a private company you could use? It is not a very expensive test.
As for the supplements...i've had 4 losses in a row....progesterone does NOT help to prevent miscarriage in IUI or natural conceptions. it only delays the inevitable.
Progesterone is prescribed in IVF bc egg retrieval damages the corpus luteum.
So being on the LE diet and having af is killer I want to EAT THE HOUSE!!!! So as far as the exercise goes is it ok for 30minutes here and 30minutes there? Or does it need to be an hour all together for some reason?
And one more Q why do we want to just BD every 4 for a girl sway? Is it so there isn't as many sperm?
