Hi girls...at last i can join the May Sway thread! I have been waiting on my af which arrived today so i am relieved and ready to sway! I guess it was delayed due to vitex and sp or diet. I am sooo happy and grateful to have you all as my support and i read your stories and advise everyday. this sure is quite the journey so i am praying we all get what our pink heart's desire.
I am on a pretty strict le diet,my husband is now a vegetarian and we are taking all the herbs. once time comes to bd i am going to bd once right on poss opk-goodbye shettles!this diet is too hard to risk bfn's! I am going to use rephresh about 24hrs before attempt and have zirtek ready as well as sudafed for dh. it will be abstain for 7 days for dh and i am thinking of bd twice on poss opk just to b sure! Ayomic has recommended if i do this to bd no more than 3-6hrs apart...i will wait to see what happens but know i cud be risking blue here...?! Still have not made my mind up on jump&dump...never did this on boys so prob should but i also dont want to risk bfn.... so i will look into this more too. i have long cycles and possibly longer now due to herbs so i am not expecting my attempt till at least mid may.
